1 Hr Class **Must do Pre Req Studio Intro & master(ed) all moves from Integrations before taking this class. ** MUST pre-book online to secure spot. Walk-ins welcome at own risk of class being full, cancelled, etc. Ages 16 and up. (Minors must refer to rules on the Intro/All Ages tab) "F.L.I.E." Foundations Levitations Inversions Elevations This class is for the seasoned poler with a solid grasp of climbs & inverts who wish to expand their pole vocabulary with even more advanced tricks & movements. Make sure you are able to do anything, or at least try! This class is for when you are prepared to try any and all moves. You should have a solid knowledge base and strength base to attempt some of the hardest moves. Classes will consist of more difficult groundwork, aerial moves, combos, inverts, static/spin pole, conditioning and stretching. Make sure you have mastered moves listed in Inversions prior to taking this class. Goals to achieve on BOTH SIDES (but not limited to) in Elevations to get the most out of class: Shoulder Stands Reverse Hand Grab Wrist Seat Variations Pole Splits/Straddle Ayesha/Handspring Pencil/Straight Edge/Handsprings Allegra Brass Monkey Variations Pegasus Twisted Sister Dragon Tail Meathook Marion Amber Iguana Russian Split It is also good to bounce between levels. If you feel you are progressing in your level but missed some of the foundational moves or need to refresh, it is always good to still take those foundational classes or sign up for open pole to practice. There is so much to learn & remember! If there is a specific move or combo you would like to try, mention it to the instructor at the BEGINNING OF CLASS or send it to the instructor prior to class. Time permitting we will give it a shot. Instructor may turn down requests if felt unsafe for any reason. Please be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy. Please be aware that Twirl Lit Fitness allows all genders to attend.
Log into your account to cancel/reschedule. 12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. Unlimited Memberships require the same notice, or full class price fee is due and membership is suspended until fee is paid. Pole Parties, Private Lessons, or Couples Candlelight Night require a MINIMUM of 48 HOURS notice or else payment is forfeited. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date. Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. 15-MINUTE LATE In consideration of other students and for safety reason, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your sessions scheduled start time or you forfeit your class. Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up, and are at higher risk of injury. You may depart at any time once the session has started. TRAIN POLICY: To keep things fair, if you get stuck at a train take a picture and show it to instructor IN PERSON. Anything other than in person will NOT credit you. If you end up being more than 15 mins late due to the train, and you would like to still attend class, show instructor your picture and make sure to hop in doing a full body warm up prior to hopping on to pole stuff. We still want you practicing safely & we need to make sure your body is warm! Injuries SUCK to come back from, so make sure you are warm! If you would rather attend a different class due to being so late, that is also an option ONLY if picture of the train is presented IN PERSON.
