Service Description

1 Hr Class **Must do Pre Req Studio Intro prior to taking this class. ** MUST pre-book online to secure spot. Walk-ins welcome at own risk of class being full, cancelled, etc. Ages 16 and up. (Minors must refer to rules on the Intro/All Ages tab) ​Let's take things up a notch & start integrating all our groundwork & aerial moves with next level moves added plus start going upside down!  Classes will range from more difficult spins, floor work, small combos, climbs, sits, static/spin pole, inverts, aerial moves, conditioning and stretching. We won't always go upside down, sometimes we may just work on level 2&3 difficulty moves. ​ Take this class as many times as you need. This class is focused on integrating all our foundational ground work, basic aerial moves, plus the next level integration.  ​ You are ready to join Elevations when you have a good grasp & feel strong on the moves listed: Strong Chair Spin Ballerina Juliet Forwards Rollover Walkover Pole Handstand Reverse Superman Wrist Seat Variations Basic Invert Bat Caterpillar Extended Butterfly Inside & Outside Leg Hang Jasmine Climb Ups Hip Hold Variations Layback Brass Monkey Shoulder Mount You are ready to join Elevations when you have a good grasp & feel strong on all the moves listed above as well as a solid foundation on all foundational moves. It is also good to bounce between levels. If you feel you are progressing in your level but missed some of the foundational moves or need to refresh, it is always good to still take those foundational classes or sign up for open pole to practice. There is so much to learn & remember! Please be aware of the cancellation/reschedule policy. Please be aware that Twirl Lit Fitness allows all genders to attend.

Cancellation Policy

Log into your account to cancel/reschedule. 12 HOURS MINIMUM notice prior to class time must be given or class is forfeited. Unlimited Memberships require the same notice, or full class price fee is due and membership is suspended until fee is paid. Pole Parties, Private Lessons, or Couples Candlelight Night require a MINIMUM of 48 HOURS notice or else payment is forfeited. No exceptions. No Refunds or trades. Unless in the event of a medical emergency, credit may be given if a medical note from a licensed practitioner is provided for the specified date & time of missed class. Credits expire 1 month from issue date.  Bookings close 12 hours prior to class start time. 15-MINUTE LATE In consideration of other students and for safety reason, please arrive no more than 15 minutes after your sessions scheduled start time or you forfeit your class. Late arrivals do not have adequate time to properly warm up, and are at higher risk of injury. You may depart at any time once the session has started. TRAIN POLICY: To keep things fair, if you get stuck at a train take a picture and show it to instructor IN PERSON. Anything other than in person will NOT credit you.  If you end up being more than 15 mins late due to the train, and you would like to still attend class, show instructor your picture and make sure to hop in doing a full body warm up prior to hopping on to pole stuff. We still want you practicing safely & we need to make sure your body is warm! Injuries SUCK to come back from, so make sure you are warm! If you would rather attend a different class due to being so late, that is also an option ONLY if picture of the train is presented IN PERSON.
